A Master's Degree in Statistics or Mathematics

4. Research Assistant in Sociology
A Master's Degree in Sociology or Social Work
Exam Pattern for TNPSC Research Assistant Job
There are two Objective Type Papers
Paper 1 : Subject Exam ( Statistics or Mathematics or Economics or Geography or Sociology ) - PG Standard - 200 Questions - 3 Hours - 300 Marks
Paper 2 : General Studies - Degree Standard - 100 Questions - 2 Hours - 200 Marks
Interview and Record - 70 Marks
(Total Marks - 570)
